However, despite the extracted handlerHkey not being present in the hkeyIndex it was found in the LCW Environment (ie it is not "missing" from the environment.
In this way handlers that are `not among the lines of shortHkeys` but are found within the lcw-envrionment are returned in **misingFoundArray**.
